The bright and modern apartment is perfectly equipped to enjoy a relaxing holiday. It is fully air-conditioned, with two bedrooms, a spacious living-dining area, a modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker. Satellite TV, WiFi and a parking space in the underground car park, from which a lift leads to the apartment, are also available. The spacious terrace is furnished with a table and 4 chairs for relaxing.

The complex has 1 outdoor pool and a children's pool per building, i.e. 3 in total. The sunbathing areas are equipped with sun loungers and parasols for relaxing and enjoying. In addition, the complex has a fully equipped gym.

The apartment offers you complete privacy in a quiet and secured residential complex. With your own remote control, you have access to the underground car park by car and from there you can access the apartment by elevator. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and bars on the beach or a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the town center where you will find Lidl and many other shops for shopping.

Prices

This offering is subject to errors, omissions, and change of price, sale or withdrawal without prior notice.

Additionally to the above indicated price will be requested:

• 110 € once per stay for the towels, linen and cleaning.
• 200 € security deposit, which will be refunded after departure subject to inspection.

Please bring your own pool and beach towels as the towels provided are not to be used on the beach.

Payment terms:

• 35% - on reservation
• 65% - 28 days/4 weeks before arrival

Additional services:

• For young parents we can offer as an optional extra service to mount a
  • baby travel cot with pillow and linen as well as a
  • high chair.
  As we have to bring those to the apartment we need to charge a small extra fee of 50€ on arrival and need to be informed upfront.
• Upon request, cleaning can be carried out during your stay, the scope and costs are to be clarified on site with our administrator
